General
I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission for any reason. Prices listed are base prices. Depending on the complexity of the character design, additional charges may apply. I will always discuss this with you before proceeding. Commissions are for personal use only, unless we’ve discussed otherwise.
Payment
All payments are accepted in USD only through PayPal. I do not accept alternative forms of payment, including in-game currency, exposure, or gift cards. A 50% upfront payment is required before I begin any commission. The remaining 50% is due after sketch approval. Prices are based on character complexity. Highly detailed designs may receive an additional fee of up to $20, which will be discussed before work begins.
Process & Workflow
Once all details and references are confirmed, I will begin the commission after receiving 50% of the payment upfront. My workflow typically progresses from sketching to rendering, and clients may request minor revisions during the sketch stage. Major changes after sketch approval may result in additional fees. I provide progress updates upon request and will also notify clients when I’m moving into a new stage of the process. The final artwork will be delivered digitally once completed.
Revisions
Minor revisions are allowed during the sketching stage to adjust to the client’s needs, such as expressions, poses, or proportions. Once the sketch is approved and I move forward with rendering, further changes may be limited or subject to extra fees. Major revisions, including changes to the pose, character design, or concept after approval, are not included and may require extra fees.
Turnaround Time
I typically take 2-3 weeks per commission, depending on complexity and current workload, I will not take more than a month. I am a second-year university art student, so delays may occasionally occur due to academic responsibilities. If this happens, I will notify the client as soon as possible, and we can discuss an updated timeline.
Refunds
Refunds are only available during the pre-rendering stage. During this period, a partial refund of up to 20% may be offered if the client is unsatisfied. Once the commission enters the rendering stage or is completed, no refunds will be issued.
Usage Rights
I retain full rights to the artwork and may post commissioned pieces on my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients are permitted to use the artwork for personal use only, such as displaying or sharing it online, provided proper credit is given. Commercial use is not included and must be discussed and agreed upon separately. The artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or any form of data collection
Do's and Dont's
I do not accept commissions involving NSFW content or mecha. I am comfortable drawing anthropomorphic characters and gore. If a request falls outside my comfort zone or skill set, I reserve the right to decline the commission.
Cancellation Policy
Either the client or the artist may cancel a commission at any time. If the client chooses to cancel after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, the client will be refunded for any unfinished work.
Communication & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing clear references and necessary information before and during the commission process. Timely responses are appreciated, as delays in communication may affect the overall turnaround time. I am not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or lack of communication from the client.
Completed commissions will be delivered digitally in a high-resolution format. No physical items will be provided. The final files will be sent through an agreed-upon platform once full payment has been received.
